As members know, the long-awaited independent review of the BC Liquor Distribution Branch’s wholesale operations and distribution centre is now underway.
The Ministry has engaged Deloitte Canada to conduct the review. The review was commissioned by the provincial government in December 2018 in direct response to our industry’s constant concerns and to ensure distribution centre operations are meeting the needs of wholesale customers.
As part of the review, Deloitte is conducting a survey of LDB Wholesale Operations customers to “understand current concerns and future expectations specific to the distribution of Non-Stocked Product.”
Please complete the survey here by June 23, 2019.
We are asking that all ABLE BC members responsible for liquor orders or liquor inventory replenishment complete the survey. Your feedback is essential to the success of the review. Plan to spend approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey.
Note: This survey does not ask for any personal information, or information that can identify you or your organization directly. Data entered in the survey will be reported in the aggregate to the Ministry of Attorney General of British Columbia. No individual responses will be identified.
