On Monday, March 26, 2018 from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, ABLE BC is hosting a customer conflict management & workplace violence prevention training for liquor store, bar, and pub managers and staff. This live workshop will be facilitated by ARETE Training.
Customer violence generally occurs on a continuum rather than out of nowhere, for no reason. ARETE’s unique approach assists workers in understanding their role in customer escalation. When staff recognize that they have choice in how they respond, they are more likely to make safer and more effective choices in response to challenging behaviors.
