The inaugural BC Liquor Conference was held on October 31, 2016 in Vancouver. This one-day conference was created to unite our various industry sectors as we focus on finding common solutions to shared industry challenges.
150 of the liquor industry’s top private retailers, on-premise operators, agents, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and government officials attended the inaugural event. Thank you to everyone who helped make the conference a great success!
It’s no secret that BC’s private liquor industry has recently experienced some of the most significant policy changes in a generation. For many operators, this has led to big changes in the way they do business. The conference offers our industry a much-needed annual forum to share ideas and best practices about how to drive profitability and innovation in your business.
Based on feedback from 2016 delegates, we will be making various conference improvements in 2017 including new in-depth seminar topics with separate streams for different industry sectors.
