The BDL Beer for Business System was restored as of this morning, Friday, September 5, 2025. In case you missed it, BDL distributed the attached memo to on-premise and LRS customers this morning.
Key Updates:

Beer For Business website is online, with full product catalogue now available. You can now place orders through Beer For Business website.
- Delivery Orders Placed During the Outage (August 26, 2025 @ 2:30 pm PST –
September 4 at 3:00 pm PST):
- For delivery orders submitted via email or phone, these will continue to be
processed and scheduled for delivery as soon as possible.
- Please note, no order confirmations were issued for these orders.
- Invoicing will be issued for all orders picked and shipped.
- As BDL gradually returns to normal business operations, deliveries may occur outside of regular scheduled days.
- Any delivery orders processed after September 4at 3:00 pm PST:
- Delivery order confirmations will be emailed as the order is entered and processed into BDL's SAP System. Please allow 24 hours for the order confirmations to come through.

All orders will be placed for their next scheduled delivery day, however as BDL gradually returns to normal business operations, deliveries may occur outside of regular scheduled days.
A number of our members raised concerns about this recent wholesale order system outage at BDL’s Coquitlam facility. To help better understand the issue and alleviate growing concerns, ABLE BC’s Bo Chen reached out directly to BDL. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated as needed.
