Bo’s career in BC’s regulatory affairs began in the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) days. He primarily worked on Cannabis Producer side of the industry, particularly focused on policy, licensing, and compliance.
Serving as Executive Director, Bo is a dedicated advocate who is relentless in supporting businesses in BC’s liquor and cannabis landscape. He is here to champion our members, fight for their businesses’ needs, and connect them with industry leaders and government officials.

Nicole joined ABLE BC as a Community Ambassador in 2026, after relocating from Northern Ireland to Vancouver.
With a background in client relationship management, she enjoys connecting with people and supporting communities through meaningful partnerships.
She holds degrees in English Literature and Television Journalism and is excited to immerse herself in BC’s hospitality industry.
DANIELLE LEROUX

Danielle is a communications and community strategist who helps brands and organizations turn connection into a competitive advantage. With over a decade of experience across SaaS, retail, commercial real estate, and consumer brands, she specializes in strategic communications, brand storytelling, and community-driven growth.
Danielle previously worked with ABLE BC from 2015 to 2021, where she led membership and communications. She now returns in a consulting capacity. Danielle holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University, is a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, and is the Founder of She Summits.
