LDB Wholesale Operations - Week 4 of the Restart:
In Week 4, the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) continues to maintain timely customer deliveries and operate within normal service levels. We remain current with all planned deliveries, continuing the trend from Weeks 1-3.
As wholesale operations return to normal, we anticipate winding down weekly progress updates soon. Thank you for your ongoing collaboration through the restart of our operations. Our customers and suppliers are incredibly important to us and we value these relationships as we continue working together to meet industry needs.
Progress update:
Customer order volumes remained steady in Week 3, averaging between 85,000 and 110,000 cases per day. Total orders for the week were approximately 500,000 cases.
Outbound shipments totaled 442,000 cases for Week 3. Our distribution centres are operating at normal service levels and are meeting scheduled delivery timelines across the province.
Inventory and inbound:
Inventory levels remain strong across both distribution centres, with approximately 1.72 million cases on hand and 1.51 million cases available for sale. Inbound volumes for Week 3 totaled roughly 623,000 cases. The overall in-stock rate is 92.5 per cent, with beer and refreshment beverages above 96 per cent, wine at 91.4 per cent, and spirits to 85 per cent.
Spirits supply:
Supply constraints impacting top selling Diageo SKUs, including Crown Royal and Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, have eased from Week 3. Shipments of all SKUs continue to arrive and will be attached to orders. While occasional shorting may still occur, we remain engaged with the supplier to support ongoing replenishment.

Non-Stocked Wholesale Products (NSWP):
NSWP orders continue to be fulfilled on schedule. Since the restart, approximately 54,200 cases have been received, including 11,000 cases in Week 3.
Wholesale Customer Centre (WCC):
As part of our resumption of normal operations, orders will be delivered within assigned delivery windows and WCC will no longer notify customers when orders have been shipped. Customers will only be contacted if a shipment is delayed.
To support orders efficiently, we ask customers to confirm that account payments are current before submitting new orders. If your account is on hold, please contact the WCC once payment has been processed so we can assist with next steps.
